Are you looking for a temporary change and an opportunity to broaden your skill set? We’re thrilled to announce a 12-month secondment opportunity for enthusiastic individuals within our organisation to temporarily join our Invoicing Team as a Team Leader.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire a team of invoicing professionals to delivery exceptional results, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.
- Oversee the invoicing process from start to finish, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner to meet customer’s expectations.
- Act as a point of escalation for invoicing queries, ensuring they are addressed promptly and resolved to the satisfaction of all parties involved.
- Proactively identify areas for process enhancing and implement strategies to streamline operations, optimize workflows, and enhance overall efficiency.
Qualification:
- Some understanding of leadership or supervisory roles, with strong communication skills
- Proficient in invoicing processes and systems, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement and delivering exceptional customer serve.
