Learn what’s new in the fire protection industry at the Wormald Innovation Symposium in Queensland, 21 – 24 March
To remain relevant and competitive in business, it’s never been more important for organisations to embrace innovation and technology. While the fire protection industry is bound by regulations and compliance, Wormald is leading the way by investing in research and development, and regularly introducing new technologies and solutions.
The Wormald Innovation Symposium, hosted in conjunction with a line-up of esteemed industry experts, is an invaluable opportunity to hear about what’s new in the industry.
Wormald Queensland general manager David Ross will host events in Brisbane, Gold Coast, Cairns and Moranbah, with lunch and refreshments provided. The events will cover topics ranging from the next generation of fluorine and solvent free firefighting foams, Wormald’s new lithium-ion specific extinguishers, effective IoT fire panel monitoring and alarm technology, and how smart building technologies can now integrate with fire protection solutions.
Also on the agenda will be a discussion about the new QBCC licence requirements, proposed updates to the Australian Standards and an overview of contactless fire protection training which has been necessary due to the impact of COVID-19.
