About the Role
A great opportunity now exists for a motivated and experienced National Training Administrator with a ‘can do’ attitude and eye for detail to join our training team based in Homebush West. This full-time position will play a pivotal role in supporting the administration and compliance of our high-quality training programs to clients and staff; and is also responsible for assisting and monitoring employee training progress through our Learning Management System.
Wormald conducts Nationally Recognised Training (NRT) programs through the Wormald Registered Training Organisation (RTO Provider Number 2839), and also provides non-accredited emergency response training. Our accredited training services predominantly support our current workforce through upskilling their training skills and knowledge in the fire protection industry. If you have a comprehensive knowledge of the administration requirements within the VET sector with at least three years work experience, we are looking for you!
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with student registrations, enrolments and reports for both students and management.
- Maintain RTO VETtrak database and record-management of student files.
- Collate data to support ASQA RTO Registration, annual VET Activity Data Reporting and annual internal audits.
- Update and maintain documents to support training programs and reflect superseded training packages.
- Administrative compliance with ASQA and RTO Standards, APP Privacy Policy and Company Policies and Procedures.
- Develop strong business relationships with all stakeholders; management, trainers and staff alike, underpinned by efficient customer service.
Key qualities we are looking for include, but are not limited to:
- Previous work experience within the VET Sector.
- Proficient using the Microsoft product suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Teams).
- Self-motivated with an ability to work unsupervised, as well as be a team player.
- Attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills and good time management.
- Strong focus on quality and great customer service.
