An exciting opportunity has opened up for an experienced Service Coordinator. This role will work within our Service Department ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality service to our clients.
You will use your extensive administration and customer service experience ideally obtained in the building services industry to ensure achievement of our customers’ service requirements. You will work directly with field supervision, field technicians, clients and 3rd party providers coordinating our client and business needs.
Previous experience in working closely with internal and external stakeholders, including business customers is a must. You will be technologically savvy, open to working with new technology and systems while having a demonstrable history of meeting customer requirements in a fast paced and changing environment.
You will be self-starter with well above average organisational skills where you are most at home multi-tasking. Achieving deadlines is second nature and you will pride yourself on pleasing your customers. Proficient in the Microsoft Office range and Pronto (or other ERP’s) is a given and you will enjoy working both as a part of a team and autonomously.
