Wormald has been designing, installing, and servicing fire protection systems since 1889. Wormald operates in over 30 centres across Australia and is a leading fire protection company in the region.
An exciting opportunity has become available within our Albury business unit for an experienced Service Coordinator to join our team. This role will work within our Service Department ensuring the seamless delivery of high quality service to our client base.
You will use your extensive administration and customer service experience, ideally obtained in the building services industry, to ensure achievement of our customers’ service requirements. You will report directly into the Albury Operations Manager and work alongside a small but dedicated administration team supporting our field technicians.
You will have good communication skills and sound interpersonal skills and must be prepared to work as part of a committed team who are focused on fulfilling the business needs of our clients and 3rd party providers.
Previous experience in working closely with internal and external stakeholders, including business customers is a must. You will be technologically savvy, open to working with new technology and systems while having a demonstrable history of meeting customer requirements in a fast paced and changing environment.
You will be self-starter with well above average organisational skills where you are most at home multi-tasking. Achieving deadlines is second nature and you will pride yourself on pleasing your customers. Proficient in the Microsoft Office range and Pronto (or other ERP’s) is a given and you will enjoy working both as a part of a team and autonomously.
