Senior Business Development Manager

Wormald Security is a leader in the Integrated Electronic and IP Security Systems/Type 1A High Security Market and is currently seeking an experienced Regional Sales/Account Manager to join our existing sales, tender and estimation team.
It is preferred that the position will be in based in our Sydney office though for the right candidate Melbourne or Queensland would be an option.
The specialist security division of Wormald Australia Pty Ltd is experiencing steady ongoing growth in this exciting business sector through our relentless focus on delivering quality solutions and prioritising support to our customers.

You will have an eye for detail to accurate complete costs estimation, system design and tender compilation supported by formidable sales strategy acumen across all facets of physical security solutions.
The following attributes will be viewed favourably for this role:
- Experience in sales management, estimation and/or bid management
- Existing industry relationships with Security consultants, end users, suppliers and contractors
- Experience with Physical security systems and IP VMS Systems
- Experience with High Security/Type 1/1A Systems (highly valued)
- Experience in a similar role
- Professional presentation with sound customer interfacing skills
- Self-motivated with good rapport building skills
- As required relevant NSW, QLD or VIC Security licences
- An Australian Government Security Clearance (NV1 Minimum) and / or the ability to gain this clearance.
