About the Role

Due to rapid growth in our Sydney operations, we are looking for a driven, motivated Senior Account Manager who wants to learn, earn, and progress.  This Account Management role is perfect for someone who’s hungry to level-up, wants hands-on experience, freedom of movement, strong mentoring, and a clear pathway for progression.

You’ll manage your own account portfolio, build relationships, chase opportunities, and be rewarded for results. If you thrive on generating new business, delivering exceptional customer service and would like to see your effort turned into income and career growth, this role is for you. 

Your most important Fire product is FST (Fire Systems Testing) which includes fire alarm systems, sprinkler systems, EWIS, fire doors, emergency lighting and portable fire equipment.  Initially your role will be to understand the needs of your customer base, lead and direct any dispute resolution that is required, and then secure business in a valid supply agreement. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Targeted growth, building strategic relationships and ongoing profitability of our Sydney key accounts.
  • Coordinating sales efforts on multiple levels, across our diverse client base to ensure quality service levels are your benchmark.
  • Managing contracts through-out their lifecycle, with responsibility for the commercial, operational and relationship aspects of the account portfolio.
  • Maintain effective communication with client representatives and stakeholders, providing regular updates and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues, implementing solutions and improvements to enhance overall operations.

What We Are Looking For

  • Previous experience in complex sales/account management.
  • Outstanding influencing skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Strong understanding of Workplace, Health and Safety responsibilities and compliance.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent dispute resolution, problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address and resolve issues effectively.
  • Previous experience in selling Fire or Building Services solutions, would be desirable.
