We’re looking for a motivated and organised individual to join our team as a Project Support Officer. This entry-level role is perfect for someone who wants to build a career in the fire protection industry. You’ll provide essential support to our delivery team and help keep major projects on track through quality documentation and consistent admin support.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assist with project QA and close-out documentation
- Support the team with updating drawings, registers, and compliance records
- Help maintain and digitise client and project documentation
- Assist with the preparation of test results, reports, and handover packages
- Provide admin support for key clients, including scheduling and document updates
- Maintain internal tracking tools, spreadsheets, and digital forms
- Help improve internal documentation systems and support continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong attention to detail and good computer skills (Microsoft Office a must)
- Interest in technical documents, drawings, and QA processes
- Ability to follow systems and take initiative when something needs fixing
- Confident communicator who can work across different teams
- A willingness to learn and build a long-term career in fire protection
