Wormald is one of Australia’s largest and leading fire protection companies. It provides specialist fire protection applications, products, service and installation across the building & construction, mining and marine sectors.

Due to growth we are currently seeking a Multiskilled Fire Technician to be responsible for servicing, repairs and testing of electrical and portable, Fire Equipment to the relevant Australian Standards for our customer base in Broken Hill and the surrounding region.

Experience in testing within the fire protection industry and other fire services including but not limited to fire alarms, extinguishers, vehicle fire suppression systems, hose reels, smoke alarms, pumps and hydrants would be highly regarded.

We require someone with the below:

• Strong focus on safety
• Strong focus on quality and client satisfaction
• Good personal presentation
• Current Drivers licence
• Willingness to learn in all areas of fire protection

The position will require the successful candidate to be available to participate in the callout roster and be available to travel to regional surrounding areas from time to time.
