Wormald have been designing, installing, and servicing fire protection systems since 1889 and are the world’s leading provider of fire protection solutions with an excellent reputation and firmly established global brand.
We are currently seeking a flexible, talented, and energetic person to serve our customer base by selling our Fire service offerings to existing and new customers.
You will be responsible for targeted growth, building strategic relationships and ongoing profitability for our current accounts in Canberra. You will be coordinating our sales effort on multiple levels and ensuring our accounts get the level of service they require.
Your most important Fire product is FST (Fire Systems Testing) including, fire alarm systems, sprinkler systems, EWIS, fire doors, emergency lighting and portable fire equipment.
As an Account Manager, it is expected that you will bring together whatever resources you require to grow the sales and profit across the complete range of services.
Your influencing skills will be second to none and this will be clearly evident in how you currently conduct business. Initially your role will be to understand the needs of your customer base, lead and direct any dispute resolution that is required, and then secure them in a valid supply agreement.
We are looking for a person who has experience at complex Sales or Account Management with outstanding influencing, customer service and relationship building skills.
Previous experience in selling Fire or Building Services solutions is desirable.
