GAAM Emergency Products is a specialist in the design and manufacture of pumps for urban and rural fire suppression, manufacturing a wide range of petrol and diesel-powered firefighting pump sets and ancillary systems. GAAM sources products and components specifically for fire, rescue, ambulance, police, security, SES and other emergency services and industrial organisations from suppliers around the world.
We are looking for a person with a passion for helping customers to undertake phone add on sales with our existing customer base for our national business.
This is an exciting opportunity to work within a high performing business unit to deliver competitive quotations in a prompt timeframe. We are looking for professionals with a strong work ethic, high attention to detail and a drive for success.
The ideal candidate will be familiar with KPI’s, have excellent phone manner, computers skills, enjoy working as part of a team and be results driven. Previous experience in phone sales and or the Fire Industry will be highly regarded.
The successful person will need to be willing to also assist in the store to process and follow up on orders made.
