We are seeking an experienced Field Service Technician with a background in electronics and a passion for problem-solving to join our dynamic team. This role offers the unique opportunity to combine technical expertise with customer engagement specialising in the sales, installation and servicing of electronic and software-based Time & Attendance systems, information display systems and clock systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site and office-based servicing, installation, maintenance and programming of time management and display systems.
- Prepare pricing estimate sheets and local quotes to builders and electrical contractors for new bids using existing price books.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while building strong relationships with clients.
- Assist in sales initiatives by identifying customer needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Work autonomously while collaborating with a motivated service and sales team across a well-established territory.
- Trouble shoot electro-mechanical software and network issues with precision and professionalism.
What We Are Looking For:
- Previous experience in electro-mechanical repairs, software/networking or office machine service and sales.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and professional presentation.
- A valid Driver’s Licence and current electrical connect/disconnect licence (or equivalent).
- Ability to work autonomously with a nationally distributed team.
