About the Role

Based in Homebush West, an exciting opportunity has opened up for an experienced Contracts Coordinator to support one of our major customers. This role is pivotal to the Service Delivery Team ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality customer service to coordinate and support the Ausgrid account. You will be responsible for all the administrative functions and support the operations of the Ausgrid contract, ensuring effective management of the service call lifecycle through to the billing stage.

Your primary duties will include, but are not limited to:-

  • Oversee the end-to-end process for the Ausgrid contract including processing and closing service calls and preventive maintenance work orders in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Manage the Ausgrid mailbox ensuring prompt responses and appropriate action.
  • Maintain accurate record management in Pronto CRM system with responsibility for raising purchase orders and invoicing processes.
  • Receive, schedule and allocate work orders to technicians.
  • Develop and foster close business relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Develop a sound knowledge and understanding of company processes to ensure clear and concise information is conveyed.

  • High level of written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Pronto (or other ERP’s)

Previous experience working closely with internal and external stakeholders, including business customers is a must.
