We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Manager to join our Sydney team. This is an entry-level opportunity—perfect for someone looking to kick-start their career in sales or business development.
In this role you will learn how to build client relationships, identify new opportunities, and support the growth of our Fire System Testing services (routine inspection and testing of fire equipment). You will be supported every step of the way with training, tools, and guidance from experienced team members.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Learn how to identify and connect with new customers
- Support the growth of existing client accounts
- Assist with quotes, proposals, and tender submissions
- Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams
- Help to ensure customers receive excellent service and support
- Develop your sales and communication skills on the job

- Are comfortable learning within a technical environment
- Have prior exposure to sales or customer service
- Have had exposure to the building services industry and the Australian Standards, particularly within fire would be advantageous
