With strong growth in our Sydney operations, we are looking for a motivated and eager Account Manager who is ready to learn, develop and build a long-term career with us. This role is ideal for someone early in their career or looking to step into account management with full training, mentoring and clear progression pathways provided.
About the role
You will support and gradually take ownership of a portfolio of customer accounts, learning how to build strong relationships, identify opportunities and deliver great service. You will work closely with experienced team members who will guide you as you develop your skills in sales, account management and the fire protection industry.
Day to day responsibilities
- Building relationships with existing customers and supporting their needs
- Identifying opportunities to grow accounts and introduce additional services
- Learning how to manage service agreements and coordinate internal teams
- Assisting with customer enquiries and helping resolve issues
- Developing your knowledge of fire protections services, systems and the Australian Standards
What you will bring
- A positive, motivated attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong communication and people skills
- Customer focused mindset
- Some experience in customer service, sales or administration (preferred but not essential)
- A technical aptitude
- An interest in building a career in account management or sales
